We work on Listed Buildings : restoring, re-using and re-inventing : retaining the character of Place with sensitive contemporary, or sympathetic traditional, additions.

We build new houses, extensions and alterations : that harness a buildings location, landscape and history, to create specific, enjoyable and practical architecture.

We work speculatively at the opposing poles of intervention in wilderness landscapes and urban city centres.

For any project we are passionate about integrating design, context, the local vernacular and a spirit of place – aware that architecture should transcend its function and inspire. Any building will have a cost for bricks and mortar – we transform these mundane elements into inspirational places, spaces and atmospheres.

Our work across the Scottish Highlands adds value to all our client’s properties, and is a culmination of many aspects including scale, budget and timing.
